Prescription Refill Policy
Bone and Joint Associates handles prescription refills between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday thru Friday. If you believe you may be running low on your medications, please call the office during these times and provide us with the medication and dosage you require as well as the pharmacy you wish the prescription to be called into. Allow for sufficient time for your request to be processed. The Physician On-Call is contacted for emergencies only.How To Contact Us After Hours
If you have an urgent need to speak to the Bone and Joint Associates doctor On-Call, please call our office number and you will be connected to the after hours answering service. Feel free to leave a detailed message that the service will forward to the doctor. In order for the doctor to return your call please disable your call blocking feature for unlisted numbers on your phone. If you do not get a response back from either the service or the doctor in regards to your message, please call back to alert the service you are still waiting to hear from the doctor.If you have a true emergency, please go directly to the nearest emergency department. The ER staff will be able to get in touch with your doctor. Please do not delay by calling the service and waiting for a return call.
